These crispy crackers are made with brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, sesame seeds and different herbs and spices depending on which kind you buy. I like the Original & Herb. All of the ingredients are certified organic and contain no hydrogenated oils or trans-fats. A healthy balanced diet should contain whole grains, like brown rice and quinoa, and seeds, such as flax and sesame. Those four ingredients are all excellent vegetarian sources of protein, and flaxseeds contain omega-3 essential fatty acids, which boosts mood.
