Mary's Gone Crackers!

My brother, who is also into healthy food, introduced me to these delicious organic wheat-free gluten-free crackers a while ago, and it’s time to share them with my audience. They are a staple in my house.

These crispy crackers are made with brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, sesame seeds and different herbs and spices depending on which kind you buy. I like the Original & Herb. All of the ingredients are certified organic and contain no hydrogenated oils or trans-fats. A healthy balanced diet should contain whole grains, like brown rice and quinoa, and seeds, such as flax and sesame. Those four ingredients are all excellent vegetarian sources of protein, and flaxseeds contain omega-3 essential fatty acids, which boosts mood.

Mary’s Crackers are great to serve at parties with hummus and guacamole. More and more people want healthy conscious food choices more of the time – even at parties! But just a warning: These crackers are so flavorful and crispy that they can be addictive.
