Sunlight Smoothie

With Winter in full force and the lack of sunshine, I am doing everything I can to keep my immune system in top shape and my body feeling great. With daily exercise and healthy meals I am able to battle the weather and feel great! I often make smoothies in the morning; it's a quick fix of vitamins and protein a tasty meal full of essential superfoods and the perfect meal to keep me full and satisfied until lunch! Below you will find a recipe to one of my favorite Winter Smoothies. I call it the Sunlight Smoothie and it's packed with Vitamin C! Make your very own Sunlight Smoothie by following the easy recipe below!
1 Fresh Thai Coconut
1 Table Spoon of Maca
2 Table Spoons of Goji Berry Powder
1 Teaspoon of Acai Powder
2 Droppers of Vanilla Stevia
