Emily’s Citrus-Avocado Dressing

 

Your taste buds will love this creamy, tangy citrus & avocado dressing with a kick! This recipe is not only delicious – it can also double as a sauce! Try using this dressing on leafy green salads, or sea veggie salads, a dip for raw veggies, or a sauce on top of grilled fish. This recipe calls for an avocado, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which helps boost mood and prevents heart disease. The cayenne pepper is an anti-inflammatory and has become very popular in cleansing and detox regimes. There’s nothing like a yummy dressing to take a boring salad and make it absolutely mouth-watering!




Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 orange
1-2 lemons, squeezed
½ teaspoon sea salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Blend all ingredients well in a high-powered blender until thick and creamy.


In no time you will have created the best avocado dressing on the block!
