Organic Micro Greens are my new favorite addition to salads! They are a great way to add a small amount of greens with a big presence of flavor, and with spring in full effect it's starting to warm up here in L.A. and I am eating a lot of salads and more cooling dishes.
I am noticing them being used more and more in restaurants as garnishes on hot dishes. They are grown from seeds and come in numerous varieties. My 2 favorites are the Micro Cilantro & Micro Arugula; they are so flavorful!
You can also add these tasty greens to sandwiches or cook them into a soup. These unique greens are a great way to liven up so many dishes and get nutrients at the same time!
