Sea Sprinkles!


Sea Sprinkles seaweed snack clusters are my new favorite addition to my salads! Did you know that seaweed contains more minerals than any other food on earth? Minerals are very important because they are necessary for the body to absorb vitamins.
Sea Sprinkles are gluten free, they contain no MSG, no trans fat, and no canola oil! They contain only 5 ingredients: seaweed, olive oil, agave syrup, sesame oil, sesame seed, and sea salt. They are 60 calories a bag, a great low-cal “grab-and-go” snack. Sea Sprinkles taste salty and sweet – a great health-conscious go-to when you are struggling with sugar or salt cravings.

I have not tried snacking on them or sprinkling them on soups, and I am excited to try! You can find them at select Whole Foods stores and some natural foods markets and you can order them online at Enjoy!
