I have been gluten-free for several years now. Research has shown that many people are allergic or sensitive to gluten. In other words, this bread is ideal for people who have Celiac disease and or gluten intolerance.
Food for Life wheat and gluten free bread is my favorite on the market. This bread comes in a variety of flavors; my go-to is the Brown Rice Fruit Juice Sweetened one. I often enjoy a slice in the morning with some ghee and scrambled eggs on top. You can toast it and make sandwiches with it.
